    Barbara Baarsma is Chief Economist of PwC Netherlands and in this role, heads PwC's chief economist office. Since 2009, she has been a Professor of Applied Economics at the University of Amsterdam. In addition, she holds various other societal positions. She is the chair of the Bank Council of the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) and a member of the Dutch Committee for Entrepreneurship. Before joining PwC, Baarsma worked, among others, at Rabobank.

    Bouke Evers (Partner EY) is the EY NL Enterprise Resilience leader. In this role he is advising institutions how to navigate the current non-linear accelerated, volatile and interconnected world, and where positive business cases are in the different transitions that companies have to go through. Evers has a Masters degree in Quantitative Finance and Actuarial Sciences, and is a qualified Actuary, with a passion for complex problem solving, financial modelling and Sustainability.

    Niranjan Sirdeshpande is the Global Head of Investments for the M&G Catalyst Fund and is based in London. The Catalyst Fund manages invests in world-leading technology and life-sciences companies that create a positive impact for society and the planet. Sirdeshpande has successfully executed transactions in diverse sectors such as Life-sciences, Deep-tech, Clean Energy, Enterprise SaaS, Fintech/Consumer Credit, Micro Finance, Aircraft Leasing, and Music Royalties, among others. Sirdeshpande also represents M&G on the Board and Investment committees of a number of portfolio companies.
  5. Tom Green

    Tom Green

    Head of Direct Lending, HSBC Asset Management

    Tom Green joined HSBC Asset Management in 2019 and is the portfolio manager for HSBC AM’s Direct Lending Strategies. He chairs the Direct Lending Investment Committee and also sits on the investment committee for Infrastructure Debt. Prior to joining HSBC Asset Management, Green spent 16 years with HSBC Bank within its mid-market leveraged finance business. Green graduated from Durham University with a BSc Hons in Geography and also holds a BA Hons from UMIST in Banking & Finance.
